Terrible customer service. After a few months they suddenly stopped supplying by CBG sensors without noticing me. Worst DME company I've dealt with, and I'm a Healthcare provider.
Beware of fake billing from this company. They have continued to bill after the patient died. No answer from any listed phone numbers.
This company is the worst ever...My portable oxygen concentrator machine has been broken since they brought it to me in March...I've called several times and no ones answers..I finally got someone 3 weeks ago by the name of Yury and he was supposed to be getting back to me...I stated to him that I would be traveling and needed my machine...Since then I've had no luck in anyone answering the phone...This is ridiculous...I will be changing companies ASAP....
very bad service, My dad got a CPAP device which was not recording the usage and they they charged him $400 for not using it. called j=hundred times for technician and no answer. Even that lady called brenda was so rude in the telephone and not helpfull at all.. I don't recommend this company to anybody. they took 2 months in the begiing to send the equipments.
It took almost a month and a half between initial contact and an appointment made for supplies. Within that month, I had to call between about 7 times to set up the appointment -- each time, I was told that I would be given a call back that day or the next day, but no call. Finally, I got someone on the phone to schedule. They required a 230 dollar payment up front, which I made assuming that it was for the machine.
