A very professional tax prep/review operation. Good people to deal with.
So, when I used Don for my taxes, he made some mistakes that are costing us... The first one I caught before it was too late, and before the return was filed. He completely left off all three kids off the return! That was an additional $3K that we almost didn't get. But he did cost us an additional $880.00 when he failed to check that our return didn't go through. A few weeks later I checked with the IRS and they didn't have a record of it.
