Roland and Steve were my technicians and they were just awesome! They showed up early. They were very efficient and were in and out in no time and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t say enough about them and this company. Great job I highly recommend Efficient Buildings. I really wish all contractors operated like this
AFT did a great job installing sprayed foam insulation in our house. Arnie was very responsive to our requirements and followed up with us several times to make sure we were satisfied.
I talked to Arnie on Sunday and on Monday morning he sprayed foam my entire basement ceiling. They're were very clean throughout the entire process. Covered up everything, got rid of my old insulation and solved my rodent problem. I spoke with several other companies, and Arnie gave me the best explanation and price quote. I'm glad to find someone local, fast and affordable that I can deff count on my future projects.
Suellen was a big help with everything related to insulation. She is an expert and really knows her stuff! She made the whole process simple and stress-free. She explained things clearly, helped me find the best options, and always responded quickly: she genuinely cares about her customers.
