I ordered 3 packages of 3 inch security sheet metal screws. The package was marked as 3” screws. The screws inside the package are 2” screws. I sent them a photo of the package and showed the screws inside the clear package were 2” long. Please see photo. You decide. It is obvious the inventory label was placed on the wrong package.
