I don’t usually write reviews, but what’s the point of ordering something as simple as screws and waiting two weeks for them to be delivered? The screws arrived after the job was already completed.
Poor communication and customer service in general. Unable to give a lead time, or answer phone calls during business hours. For days... if those things are important to you id look elsewhere.
I was price shopping for a near future, but not today order on AFT fasteners website. In my online search, AFT’s website was organized the best and very user friendly, especially for someone that doesn’t know exactly what they are looking for. Customer service is outstanding! I accidentally placed a very large order, that was not meant to be ordered for another few weeks. I emailed right away, asking if it was possible to refund the order ..
