Very unprofessional (staff) company. You first deal with the one person in the store then once the order is made and they have your money they shift you over to another individual to scam you for more money. The sales tactics are awful. Bait & switch tactic. I will be reporting them to BBB so they don't do this to other customers. Sham on all of you the way you run your business. Never again! This is not the way to conduct business. This is how you lose business.
Anna and Fabian were amazing during my kitchen countertop shopping. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and nice throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend to shop here for your entire kitchen renovation. They have great quality and reasonable.
Quick responses and very helpful. I didn’t know much about stones but they were very patient and helpful in navigating — they even recommended to places that I might not find there. Highly recommend!
