We have had Andrew complete a range of renovation work for us and have been so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Andrew's work has been outstanding and his attention to detail second to none. He has been accommodating and helpful. He communicates clearly and delivers on what he says he will. We have felt that we are in safe hands throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Andrew!
Had Andrew and his team help me out with a drainage issue by demolishing a section of concrete and installing a sump at the side of our house. Andrew’s communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The work was completed to a high standard and in the given timeframe. He was always happy to answer any questions and gave great advice. Would definitely recommend him for any building project.

We engaged AFT Building Solutions to construct a mezzanine level in our garage space. From the outset of our small project, Andrew and Francis were professional and did everything they said they would. Very good communication and everything happened when it was scheduled. Good builders can be hard to find......but Andrew is outstanding and well worth finding. A clear and honest communicator. Nothing is too much trouble and the results speak for themselves. Andrew recently did a major renovation for me which included a new kitchen, laundry, timber flooring and switching over doors to cavity sliders including ensuring load baring walls were supported.
