I have been seeing Dr. Afshin Malaki for about 5 years or so now. Originally he was my OBGYN and was the only one to take my concerns seriously and diagnosed me with PCOS. He then transitioned to be my OB and delivered both of my babies. My experience with him and his staff at his office has been excellent. Kind, professional and thorough. Was a little hesitant at first just because I’m used to having a female gynecologist but he was extremely knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and heard. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a gynecologist.
Dr. Malaki is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. I was not feeling well and drove 30 minutes from my home to see him, but he refused to see me because I was only ten minutes late. I was a new patient and was unfamiliar with the building, so I needed some extra time to find the correct location. Dr. Malaki helped me tremendously during my first pregnancy! Him and everyone in the office always made me feel welcomed and supported along the way. He never questioned how I wanted my labor to go and constantly encouraged it. During labor he allowed me to labor in whatever position I felt most comfortable in, I could walk around, use the bathtub whatever I needed to feel comfortable.
