Someone needs to investigate this practice, truly. I had an in person visit with Dr. Khan scheduled which then turned into a virtual visit at 7pm… then pushed to 8…. Didn’t hear from her so I called and she proceeded to yell at me over the phone. The appointment ended up starting at 8:30ish over a phone call and the whole call was Dr. Khan yelling over the phone. Happy with service Good doctor
This lady denied sharing with me my old medical records which were 5-6 years old. I have seen her that time, she looks computer illiterate. And hence, no records. However, as per the rule in NYC, you must have atleast 6-8 years records of your old patients, especially adults.
