Been doing business with Gary Skop and AFS for over 40 years, we recently had an audit and had asked for his help in the matter. My wife has had several conversations with Gary and he was incredibly rude! Our family has had health issues that has made life difficult this past year. When you are in the customer service business and don’t know how to talk to people you should get out or allow someone who does to handle your calls and remain behind the curtain! Unbelievable!
Unfortunately, the owner acted completely inappropriately when I met with him and had questions surrounding my return and the information he had provided me. My extended family, myself, me, my ex-wife and friends are taking their business elsewhere next tax season. I found out through another company that I was correct and now I have to pay $200 for my taxes to get amended bc of his incompetence and arrogance.
