I got this shop’s number as a reference from a friend and called to inquire about getting my car serviced and an oil change. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The person who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive, saying they couldn’t help and abruptly ending the call without any explanation. This is not the level of customer service I expected based on the recommendation.
This was my first time visiting AFS to have some service done to my 2014 Ram truck. The service and workmanship was excellent, and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who is in need of an honest and fair mechanic. Also, I would rather give my money to a local family owned business, than a brand name commercialized one. Claudio
