The girl was 30 minutes late I had to call her. She braided my hair too tight after I asked her not to. She proceeded to scream yell at somebody on the phone for 2 hours while doing my hair which wasn’t pleasant accounting in my braids were way too tight. She was nice and super sweet tho and the hair came out good but I won’t but coming back 🤷♀️

Not nice or helpful they suck
Very unprofessional, I called to make an appointment and I received a rude answer directing me to some app, then I had to pay a 10 dollar booking fee for her to cancel and hour before my appointment. Without any apology and then when I tried to call and reschedule no one picked up, very dissatisfied and cannot believe I paid this lady 10 dollars for her to be rude to me and cancel
