Edit: The owner has rectified this matter to my satisfaction and I'm happily back to do business with her. I thought I found a good salon until I informed them of a problem with my crochet braids coming apart ( had to take them out after just one week, what a waste) and was ignored. Communication is key to keeping your customers, thanks, but no thanks!
Great work on hair!!! BUT AWFUL AWFUL time keeping with appointments. Hopefully they get that part together.
Excellent customer service!! I found them on Facebook and Soo glad I did. They stay true to their word and will stay late until your hair is finished.I love my braids and the style.
Do not recommend. They will let you make an appointment but they either show up really late or not at all.
From the time I walked in to the time I left I was welcomed. Atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.Fran did my lock retwist. I got a two strand twist style and she did a fantastic job!! I highly recommend 10/10 service! Oh and the young lady who washed my hair 10/10! I’ve went to other hair shops and they did a terrible job washing my hair and terrible job doing my hair, but NOT AFRO WAVE FRAN AND THE OTHER COWORKER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND phenomenal job from beginning to end I will come back again! 10/10!!
