Horrible "silk press". Stiff and hard. Roots untouched with flat iron. Couldn't pass my hand thru it. Curls were added to camouflage it. Went home and washed it. Left before she even finished it as it was ridiculously stiff half way thru.
Love It!
Went twice to get my sisterlocks washed and braided. Very professional. Will be back
