I'm very happy I found this place! The staff were super friendly and helped me find the right products for my hair. They have the products I can’t find anywhere else.
Expensive place to fix your hair. They charged me 326 CAD plus the crochet hair ( 24 dollars) at Commercial Drive for crocheting half of my hair and trimming. Which was not properly done. Plus the same comb used between clients for braiding without sensitizing. Customer service very poor especially at Commercial Drive. No price list pasted at the shop ( I didn’t see any I looked especially when I was charged) so they mentioned price of head. They charge u and add charge extra after you are done. Would give zero stars if I could!!! I booked weeks in advance and confirmed over the phone that I could do a consultation and treatment the same day. I took time off work, drove 45 minutes, and arranged childcare, only to be told on arrival that the service wasn’t happening. Staff were dismissive, argued with me, and took no accountability, even after the person who booked the appointment confirmed exactly what I was booked in for. No apology, no ownership, just wasted time. If you value your time, don’t go here.
I got my braids done the lady was super nice she was Asian the problem was I did not explain what I exactly wanted for my hair I had to be at a music festival in Surrey so I didn’t have time to tell her to redo my hair during my session I spent allot of time looking down at my phone my fault anyway the next day I go back to the hair salon because I felt my braids were to thick anyways the lady did not want to make them thin I live in Surrey I also don’t drive so I went back in Vancouver to end up with thick braids I’m super ... read more
