Worst customer service received from the young lady 09/16/25. My wife and I wanted to have a look at their wig selection, which btw is a very low class selection and quality - the miserable worker took us to their wig store answered our questions with single word grunts; she could speak English as she engaged in a cell phone call during our visit. Thanks to this "GloRilla" wanna be, we left and would never return or recommend this filthy and unprofessional second rate store.

Emy (customer service/ owner) reached out to listen and offered a solution after my review. I must say she was very professional. At the end of the day, though I wasn’t happy about the first outcome. Emy’s excellent customer service resolved the issue amicably.
I'm very happy I found this place! The staff were super friendly and helped me find the right products for my hair. They have the products I can’t find anywhere else.
Expensive place to fix your hair. They charged me 326 CAD plus the crochet hair ( 24 dollars) at Commercial Drive for crocheting half of my hair and trimming. Which was not properly done. Plus the same comb used between clients for braiding without sensitizing. Customer service very poor especially at Commercial Drive. No price list pasted at the shop ( I didn’t see any I looked especially when I was charged) so they mentioned price of head. They charge u and add charge extra after you are done.
