Overall, while the style itself was nice and neat—you can’t really go wrong with two braids—the atmosphere made it an experience I wouldn’t repeat. The establishment wasn’t the cleanest. I would encourage the staff to be more mindful of how they communicate in front of clients, as professionalism matters and word of mouth plays a big role in growing a business.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I had An appointment today for 3:30pm. I worked A half day for this appointment only to be told when I walked in that my appointment was canceled!! No text no phone call to let me know anything!! 2 ladies that worked there with no one in their chair wouldnt accommodate me!! Very courteous stylist. I called 10:40AM on a friday last minute for my daughter. They took her in at 11:30AM and we were completely satisfied. Very professional. Highly recommended.
