3 day old braids they already look old , and the price was wayyyy to exspensive for short braids hair was cute but not for price they cheated me but I got the money so it's cool

Had a scheduled appointment for 3pm. I arrived at 2:55pm. No one in the shop said anything to me at all. I waited until about 4:15pm and walked out. It was 3 women in the shop. My 1st visit there I had no issues. The owner was there and she made sure the appointment time was met. For no one to greet me or explain that my appointment time would not be met is unacceptable professionalism.
