This place is awful when it comes to customer service. I had requested smedium knotless at mid back length, I was there from 11am-6pm. The hair barely went to my shoulders and the braids are inconsistent. I have about 10 rows in the front of the proper size and she just freestyled the back of head because I couldn’t see it. I booked this salon specifically for stitch braids after confirming through messages that they could do the style I requested. Halfway through my appointment, I realized I was not getting stitch braids. When I brought it up, I was told the braider didn’t know how to do stitch braids. I spoke with the owner, hoping they would offer a solution, but I was told there was “nothing they could do.” I was still charged $200, which was the price for the stitch braid style I booked, even though I did not receive that service. first time going there and I got Fulani braids. loved the lady that did them she was very professional and did a great job on my hair. on the site it says 140 for the braids starting out, ended up paying 225 for waist length. I was initially told 9am but the shop didn't open until 9:30. I arrived at 8 solely because when you look at the times it says 8am-8pm and I figured they would take me early so I would be done early. I’ve been a faithful client of Vanessa for the past 3 years and when it’s time for my daughter and to get braids or a sew in she’s always my 1st call.
