I will never go here again!!! I went to the salon a week prior to my appointment. I was told to bring $200 for the style I wanted because my hair was thick and would take a little longer. I came to the salon and had my hair done. I payed and one of the employees and left, the owner even said by to me in the parking lot. Three hours later she called me back. I choose this salon bc of the great customer service. The employees don't just style your hair they teach you how to keep it healthy. Most importantly the price is consistent and the service is always on point. Love them love them!

I went to go get fluffy twists last week! I have already had 10 to 12 to fall out. Poor workmanship and the owner kept putting me off to fix the work because they were busy. She honestly thinks I'm supposed to take off work again to fix something that was done wrong? I will never go to this shop again and I recommend if you want sloppy work then this is the place to go
