I did my hair colour and hair cut from Rezvan and I’m soo happy!! She is the best one and so nice and caring. Thank you so much! They made me feel like princess. I would always go there! Also i did my eyelash extensions from Terina and she is really good and sweet.
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. They overcharged me, and I only found out after asking for an itemized receipt (at first they only gave me the payment slip). When I requested a refund, I was told it could only be processed after 6 p.m. because their “head office is in Dubai.” After a week of calling with no proper response, I still haven’t received my refund. Zero Customer Care and Honesty! I went to Afrina for a hair highlight consultation and spoke with Mina. From the very first moment she completely ignored me, rushed through the conversation, and acted as if she was too busy to care. She quickly asked what I wanted, cut a small piece of my hair, and said she would bleach-test it and get back to me with the result and a photo by the end of the day. Terrible experience. Staff are sweet but terribly disorganized, unprofessional and misleading. Everything from the booking experience, the $12 loufa they charged me for but didn't tell me about, the room which is completely unlike the photos, to the $6 espresso I was charged while waiting for them to get it together — was utterly frustrating, annoying and disappointing.
