If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. An Hour late start, sent to the wrong location, then beat the braider to the shop to then wait another 30 min for her to prep hair. I had to ask her if she was the braider I booked with because I had to explain everything I booked. Which was described on the site and on the call to confirm the appointment.
