Scheduled an appointment over the phone and this was my third time booking with this lady. She told me my style would be $200 and I needed to bring human hair deep wave which I said was fine. When I later texted her asking what color hair she proceeded to tell me the price would be $400. I find this insane because I’ve went to her before for a style way longer which was only $280 hair included. However, I told her she originally told me $200 and she said “No! If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. An Hour late start, sent to the wrong location, then beat the braider to the shop to then wait another 30 min for her to prep hair. I had to ask her if she was the braider I booked with because I had to explain everything I booked. Which was described on the site and on the call to confirm the appointment. She started braiding in the front of my hair and I automatically knew. Took 30 min for her to install 4 braids that looked a hot mess. I asked for 613/27 blend and I go... read more
