Had appointments scheduled for today. When arrived I called to let them know I was there. They said I didn't have a appointment, I am really upset I have cancer turmor which was removed by Dr Afridi. He is great to listen to you. But front office needs a clean up. I will be two weeks between my treatment should be weekly.

Poor communication. I did not understand what he was saying. Many contradictions about treatment, changing his treatment plans. He is the doctor, not me. I wouldn't know what would be the best treatment for my condition. He did not discuss the cryotherapy procedure beforehand or what to expect afterwards. I was not shown proof of cancer presence. After almost a year we are running to a new specialist. His office is a joke. They never call back(if you can leave a message, as the voice mailbox is almost always full). Doctor's orders take ten weeks....tell us we have an appointment the following week with another doctor. We called the other doctor and no paperwork had been sent and they had no clue what we were talking about. Today they called to fire us, because we setup an appointment with another doctor. Took time to listen to my account of my symptoms and didn't make me feel like he was rushed. He assured me that checking my prostate wouldn't be all that bad (he was right) when I asked how bad it would be. The office is a little dated, but overall, Dr. Afridi was very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The Dr. is fair but does not listen to his patient. Office staff was terrible and did not listen to questions acted as if they did not care. Doctor always wants x-rays but good luck getting the prescription from the staff if the doctor did not give you one. And they may or may not answer the phone. Depends on who decided to work the window and phone that day.
