I am beyond disappointed. Within one month of getting my hair braided, eight or more braids fell out. When I contacted the stylist about the service, the responses were rude and unprofessional. After returning a month later to have the fallen braids fixed, a different braid came out TODAY after spending 1.5 hours in the shop to get the braids fixed two days ago! When I raised the issue again, I was met with the same rude behavior. This experience has been truly disappointing.
This was my first time at African Beautiful Braids, and I loved everything about it! My single braids came out great-neat, lightweight, and exactly what I wanted. The vibe was warm and welcoming, and the stylist made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back.
I really enjoyed myself and the ladies were ver friendly and professional. I got cornrows, just need a quick style bc I was leaving out of town.
