Ms. Fatima, I love you. I was a walk in, the beautiful ladies accepted me. Ms. Fatima did my hair. I am pleased and she will be seeing me again.
I am beyond disappointed. Within one month of getting my hair braided, eight or more braids fell out. When I contacted the stylist about the service, the responses were rude and unprofessional. After returning a month later to have the fallen braids fixed, a different braid came out TODAY after spending 1.5 hours in the shop to get the braids fixed two days ago! When I raised the issue again, I was met with the same rude behavior. This experience has been truly disappointing.
