I called on 6/27/16 to make an appointment to have my braids taken out. My appointment was set for 6p the same day. I informed the receptionist that I would more than likely arrive a little early. I arrived at 5:28p for my 6p appointment and to my surprise, the shop was dark/closed (although, they are not supposed to close until 8p).
