DO NOT USE AFRICAN SUN! They are not only poor at communicating when issues arise, but they are extremely unprofessional. I was a customer since 2022 and their service started out well, but has been degrading over the past year. Attached are pictures 3 hours after they "cleaned" my pool. Additionally, they blame the size of my sand filter as being too small for the size of my pool. They were the ones who recommended and installed the filter! Has been doing my pool for over 6 months and they have done great work every week. Also had a pump issue and they were out the next day!
I've been using them for a few years now. They always do a great job and they are the only pool company I trust. Highly recommend.
Bad service and I would not recommend. When they ran a back wash they incorrectly used the hose and it displaced soil back into the pool (see photo). Michael was unapologetic and rude. I understand that every company has to make a profit, and that includes Michael and his partner but for small fixes the margins are 5x. A hose that runs 25 dollars wasl quoted for 125 dollars. You just can't trust them and they do not do great work. Can share rude text messages from Michael as well.
Do not do what they are supposed to do. 1) I had a leak in my equipment and they did not mention it and it was a major leak. 2) chemicals were very off however they report the same readings every week. Tested it and had another pool company out and they said it was not being maintained, 3) never swept the bottom of the pool or vacuum, 4) recorded them on video just brushing the sides of the wall of the pool and leaving, but said they did the checks.
