I got my hair braided today and wowww — they did such an amazing job! The braids came out so neat, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. You can tell they take their time and really care about their work. The vibe was super welcoming, professional, and comfortable the whole appointment. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out — I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I use to get me and kids hair done here but I always had to correct alot things the braider would do, like combing my hair from the root instead of the ends to detailed my natural hair because she was ripping my hair out, or to have a few braids re-done cause it wasn't what I wanted, and asking not to braid to tight because my daughters scalp look like it was swollen and pulling from the hair follicle!! The experience was great! I would definitely give this place a 2nd try. I wouldn't know who to ask for because she didn't give me her name. My hair looks great it doesn't feel tight. However, it is I can see the pull, hoping 🙏🏽 when I take it down, my hair doesn't come out. The location is clean and tidy.
