Not professional at all, I called days prior to ensure I would be able to be seen, then drove two hours just to be told they were no longer available to do my hair at that time.
Wish it was an option for NO STARS. Spoke with a specific woman. 6am appointment. Just to wake my tail up and be there ON TIME for her to tell me she have a client and I need to sit to the side. I went in here the day before (Saturday) showed them a picture of a style I wanted and was quoted a price. I said ok. I’m from Houston but I’m here in Beaumont for work. I work from 7pm to 5:30 am every day. I asked if they were open on Sunday and what time they open. The lady told me they open at 7am on Sunday. I got off work at 5:30 am.
