I went in here the day before (Saturday) showed them a picture of a style I wanted and was quoted a price. I said ok. I’m from Houston but I’m here in Beaumont for work. I work from 7pm to 5:30 am every day. I asked if they were open on Sunday and what time they open. The lady told me they open at 7am on Sunday. I got off work at 5:30 am. They didn’t retwist my hair right my hair looked better before they touched it mind you I been there before and it was done right ever body work there is not professional and o went to another shop where I was told it wasn’t done correctly today I booked a appointment at locks&fades she said it wasn’t done correctly and I have to pay to get them retwisted when I texted her a ghost just took my money she was like your hair wasn’t done right when they the ones who start them then Said 400 dollars to fix them I recommend locks ... read more
Will definitely go back when I need my hair braided again.
Horrible experience I didn’t get what I asked for my braids are crooked the old lady was so Rough with my hair and rude I payed 90 dollars on some that looks like shit I will not be going back here DO NOT RECOMMEND
