I'd say that Mame (the owner) and Binta (her friend and fellow employee) are good braiders however the braids are always much bigger in the middle than around the sides (which is why they can do them in 5 hours with just one person on your head). When I mentioned I didn't like that (after being a customer for over a year), I was told that I shouldn't come back. I was not rude or condescending.
