Very kind and beautiful people
This week was a much better experience. They've always been on time and they do great quick work. But Monday I had an appointment and 1.5 went by and they hadn't started my hair and I just ended up leaving. They were short on staff but I would have thought they would have said that instead of making the appointment.That's definitely not their norm but they made up for it today. I started on me immediately and in 2 and a half hours I was done with my natural hair being braided and crochets being put in
I'm mixed and they do a very good job with my hair and the ladies are very sweet and quick and the cheapest in the area
i have gone here a couple times. they pull prices out of nowhere and add on things if you don’t get it in writing what the actual price is. the ladies are rude- I have long hair. I had one girl come over, roughly handle my hair, and then throw a fit over how much hair i had and made a big show of asking someone else to do my hair. also extremely heavy handed and lack communication of what they need you to do. just “go. sit” “PUT HEAD DOWN”. learn how to talk to people.
