I went yesterday and showed the lady what I wanted kinky twist and the color I wanted. When she started my hair I told her this look like Senegalese twist. When she got down I stated this is not what I paid for. I called her and than left a text message about me being unhappy. She called me back and said that if I take my hair down it’ll be $80, or I can take them down myself and come back today for a redo. Cheers to Fanta at Just Braids for doing my Sinagalese Twists. This was my first time and she did not disappoint. I had questions on top of questions from the product and techniques she was using to the length and size of my twists. She made sure before she continued that I was pleased. She even encouraged me at one point to look at my hair while she was braiding to make sure that I was satisfied. She answered each question with kindness, patience, and with professionalism.
