She is not a good person, she manhandled my hair because it’s natural and she was making some xenophobic remarks about where I come from..I wouldn’t recommend this witches place ! She literally ruined my entire day ..

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in expecting neat, professional braids, but the quality did not match what was advertised. The parts were uneven, and several braids started loosening within just a few days, which should not happen for the price I paid. The appointment also felt rushed. There wasn’t much attention to detail, and when I pointed out concerns, they were brushed off instead of being corrected. VERY VERY VERYYYY Very unprofessional. Late, poor communication, and the attitude was worse than the service. I paid too much for something rushed and not even close to what I asked for. Do better. I won’t be back.
