Please DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money on these people. It's bad enough they only do appointments for people that's been going to them for umpteenth years and everyone else has to be on a walk-in basis, but they will do your hair how they want, disregarding what you're asking for. I am beyond livid. I called beforehand to inform them about what I wanted and what time I'd arrived. When I got there I had to wait over FOUR hours before I was put in a chair. And when i was seated i was told that the woman couldn't do my hair and that I'd have to wait for another stylist so i waited and after waiting another hour i decided to leave. I didn’t feel they did their best. They will not see my daughter again. When you pay over 200.00 you don’t think they will rush through the style, parting, & trying to recreate the style with as less effort as possible. Heartbreaking. I take pride in my baby’s hair.
Great at braiding hair but terrible customer service. I got there at 10am and didn’t get in the chair until 4:30pm. I suggest you make appointment.
