Great at braiding hair but terrible customer service. I got there at 10am and didn’t get in the chair until 4:30pm. I suggest you make appointment.
They're fast and very caring of customer service. Does great work.
Hair was braided to tight and design was not what I asked for
Three ladies told my son his hair was too short to braid. This is his hair braided at another shop. Just admit you didn't want to braid it instead of lying. I have been getting braids here for awhile now but I will go where my business is appreciated.
I was sitting in that salon for NINE AND A HALF HOURS. I understand that it's back to school time and people are rushing to get themselves primmed and proper for the first day of school, but I was sitting in that salon waiting and getting my hair braided for 9 and a half hours. I first sat in the waiting area for 4 hours (from 1 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.) then was seated by the owner of the shop. I sat waiting for another 10 minutes waiting for her to get settled then showed a photo of what style I wanted. She did not do said style.... read more
