The braids are mostly great, but the customer service is terrible! They set you an appointment and you get there on time and they have you waiting for someone to show up in their uber! They always facetime and talk on the phone while doing your hair. They’re never cleaning their combs and they continuously use them in others hair. The shop is always dirty! For this reason I will not be coming back to this unprofessional place!
Love their work! Very professional nice & the best environment so far! Went back and got my hair braided excellent service.
