Mercy is professional and reliable. I have gone to her once for box braids and again today for marley/kinky twists - she did a wonderful job and listened to my input on what I wanted for my hair. I have dealt with other hair stylists/braiders in the area, and she is by far the most professional. We set an appointment and she is there, on time, and ready to go with no interruptions in the service. Highly recommend her!
Honestly the most reliable ,flexible ,and consistent hair braiding saloon in Austin. Just over all talented. “All it took was that first hair appointment”. And I knew right way that I’ve found my hair stylist! Definitely recommend for kids as well.
This is by far the best hair salon I have been to in a while. Mercy the owner, is a very warm and friendly person. She takes her time to do a great job, while entertaining you with the best African music 😂. I came in for medium knotless braids, bum length, and she was done in 5hrs. Her prices are very reasonable too. Overall it was a very nice experience. If you are in Austin, Albert Lea, or even Rochester, I recommend you come here to make your hair.
