When I first inquired about this office, I recieved a call back right away. Services were needed for my adolescent child at the earliest convenience. She was assigned within two weeks to an AMAZING individual named Kenya. I have had no issues what-so-ever with communication. They are very responsive and flexible with scheduling. I am so glad I switched over to this organization as my daughters mental health needs are most certainly being met.
This practice does not care about its patients especially when you’re going through a crisis. They don’t return calls, no one answers the phone, and when someone finally does reach out, (weeks later) it’s even worse. The director is unprofessional, unprepared, and rude. He often doesn’t even know why he’s calling, and he’s full of excuses for why he never got back to you in the first place. The front desk lies and seems overworked and unsupported. After years of suffering I decided to take control of my life and see someone to help me. I am only giving 3 stars because i'm so grateful to have been placed with an amazing therapist named Deborah, she is attentive, polite and genuinely an advocate for me. Unfortunately the front staff is constantly overworked. Zuleyka does amazing at getting back to me whenever she has a free moment.
