Highly recommend! Professional atmosphere; Fifi, as well as her staff displays a warm personality. Stylists do not take breaks when styling hair. Each time I've come here, my third appointment, I have always been pleased with my hair style.

Called me 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel after she confirm was coming 45 mins before that. I have called 8 times this morning to see about another time and they won’t answer the phone. I had to pay a baby sitter and pay a uber to get across town from Woodlawn and spent 20 minutes to get to the shop just for them to not answer the phone and GHOST my messages.
