Last Friday I took my daughter in for a scheduled appointment and she was late like always not only that she did a quick job and three pieces of hair already coming out of my daughter's hair because she didn't do it correctly then refused to put the rest of the hair when I asked her to telling me that that's enough hair no it isn't my daughter takes two packages of hair when they do the crochet she is a horrible bad attitude now she's ignoring me acting like she didn't do anything wrong extremely rude and unprofessional

Let me start off with the good. I love my hair so much I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she did that it looks so good also she was pretty fast once she started. Now for the bad, my appointment was at 2pm and I got there at 1:35. She didn’t start on my hair till 3pm because she was finishing with another client that didn’t have an appointment. I drove all of the way out here from American Fork to buy braiding hair. She said she no longer is functioning as a beauty supply store. Please change the name of your salon.
