On Friday my girl set and appointment up for me to get 4 braids at 2:30pm Saturday. I showed up 15 minutes early, the lady said , can I help you, yes I have an appointment at 2:30, she says, "after I'm done with this one, you have someone else before you"!. *SCAM* FOR RETWIST /DREADS. Charged $158 for retwist “NO WASH” “NO PRODUCTS USED” only small amount of jell used / did not retwist full dread only the top of each. *SCAM* do not go for retwist.
I book with Aliyah on StyleSeat and it has been so stressful even after a week. I tried to resolve it through our personal text but she ended up being very rude to me. I left an honest review on her page and left out a lot of details, like how she argued with her boyfriend on the phone the entire time and how she grabbed my closure and yanked on it until i asked her to stop to which she just laughed. They have a new location in Taylorsville Sqaure. I called the owner of the salon ahead of time and she told me to come at 10 on Friday. To be respectful of her time, I came by 9:45 and waited till 10 but she didn’t show up on time. I went to grab breakfast and when I came back at 10:15, another lady was seated in the chair and she was about to do her hair. Went to get my hair done I was so worried because of the reviews but happy I took a chance my hair looks wonderful its not tight I was in and out and it was last min. The people that work there are kind. Definitely recommend!
