I was asked to come in at 9 am to get 8 stich braids. I arrived I 850 after telling the owner what style I wanted. The gentleman asked me to wait. I did he let me know hes waiting for another braider, after a 45 minute wait no extra braider showed, i was asked via text to come back or wait 4 or 5 hours or go to a different salon to get my hair done. Unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and over priced. Went there Friday said to come back Saturday or Sunday for my little girl to get a few cornrows in her real hair no fake hair. Just went there and called, when I got there the lady that’s the owner wife ignored me. A girl that was in there came to the door as soon as me and my daughter took one step in there she was like I’m busy loud. I immediately said ok thank you and left. Horrible they overpriced and my hair came out with thinner. Ask for my clothes the communication between the person to answer the phone. He don’t even even what he’s talking about. I asked for Michael that was wrong. He gave me short Michael’s for 250 and my And my hair is so thin if ridiculous now the thing was I pay because it’s super effective. They let me walk in last minute and braided my hair after another braider I had an appointment with disappointed me. Very grateful for this last minute service, they already closed shop but drove back to reopen just for me

They were really nice! I wanted medium size but she told me the better option were smaller due to my hair type plus I did just comb out locs so it’s not as thick. I like that she went thru my hair ands the choice cause they came out nice !! Tho the prices need to be updated on the website.
