My appointment was at 10:00. Employee Queen arrived in time. Two more clients came in right after me. One also had appointment one did not. The one that did not had to leave and buy hair and still got back before owner or Braiders arrived. The owner arrived about 10:40. Braiders about 10:50. My braider started on my head at 11:03. I had an appointment at 10 and the braider arrived at 10:45. Two weeks later my mother had an appointment at 10 and they arrived at 11am. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience which was not given to me. Unprofessional to say the least.

My friend Celina referred me here. I booked a last minute appointment for 9:30pm which I gladly accepted b/c I don’t get off til 6:15pm. I called to confirm appt and they asked if I could come earlier which I agreed to. I asked for a crochet braid down so I could install myself. I came wash & blow dried(my preference). I showed the young lady a picture and with the instruction of another stylist she executed beautifully. The reference picture is exactly what I was looking for! She did not braid tight.
