Tried to book an appointment & the owner is unprofessional & rude! The phone number listed is their cell but knowing that y should at least answer professionally if it's an unknown number. Said hello & nothing else. Had to ask if this was the salon. She said yes. I was trying to book the appt & she said she wasn't at the salon right now & would call back. Never got a call back. I found a Groupon for dip nails. The day of the appt I got a text asking me to come 45 minutes later for my appt because they were behind schedule. When I arrived at the time they requested, they left me waiting for 15 more minutes. When I was finally approached, the woman told me that they couldn’t do my nails because they didn’t have the activator product. I asked for a refund for my Groupon, which they agreed to but didn’t do (I followed up and requested one from Groupon and received it a few days later). The kicker is th... read more
