Raul inspected our foundation before we put our house on the market and helped us solve a few issues before the new homeowner came across them. We are confident our house sold quickly, and at a better price, because of Raul and his expertise. We are so grateful to Raul!
Less than a year after AFR Construction LLC did foundation work, several very large new cracks appeared in the drywall, tile, and siding. AFR said the foundation had moved but since it had only shifted ½ an inch, they refused to honor their warranty. Two other companies came out and their bids were $15,000 & $16,000 to get the foundation corrected. AFR has now gone over a month without even responding to our communication efforts.
