So they will package stuff great! The welds on the actual bumper are garbage!!! Whoever is welding the shipping cage needs to weld the bumper! This is what people see not the shipping cage!!
I won't be purchasing another product with AFN again. I ordered a bull bar through one of their suppliers back in June, and unfortunately it was back ordered (I understand this, it cannot be helped) but AFN never seemed able to provide a reliable ETA on delivery (continuously told it would be the end of the week when it was never booked in with freight) when the bull bar came in. For ordering a 4,000 dollar bumper you'd expect some better instructions... ordered the 4x4 sprinter bull bar no explanations at all just a horribly detailed diagram that is stupidly hard to follow. I've put on lots of bumpers and there instructions look like a first graders drawing book. No video instructions and no tech support it's amazing they sell stuff
Bought a bullbar, did the install myself, product seems decent quality so far. Only issue with the bar was that the fog light supply voltage was incorrectly labelled and it wasn't until I enquired with the company that I got the correct information. Instuctions were decent overall, though there were a few bits that were not covered/had no detail which I had to work out in slow time. I was really keen to purchase an AFN bar for my N80 Hilux and gave these guys a call. I just wanted to ask some questions before I made the purchase, However the lady that answered was rude as all hell with a real attitude problem. If it's too much trouble to be a little bit courteous when someone is genuinely interested in your product and just wants information before they make a purchase then I'll just go elsewhere.
