So the storage facility itself is fine. The older gentlemen that work there are great, but there is a younger man who is at the service desk and he is cordial, but every time I say "Thank you" or any pleasantries, he says nothing, completely ignores me. It's not a huge deal, but if the people that I know would come there to rent a storage unit, that would be off-putting, and they would take high offense to that.
