So the storage facility itself is fine. The older gentlemen that work there are great, but there is a younger man who is at the service desk and he is cordial, but every time I say "Thank you" or any pleasantries, he says nothing, completely ignores me. It's not a huge deal, but if the people that I know would come there to rent a storage unit, that would be off-putting, and they would take high offense to that. Great people and great location
Worst customer service ever. Lied to my face, altered information and some more things. First they lied and said my storage would be free for the first month and only 8$ for the next months. Then they proceeded to call the cops after confronting them about the false information. I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. They over charge for storage and for U-Hauls also.
