They will cancel your refills on prescriptions without letting you know so you are forced to go back in and pay for another appointment.
Doctors at this practice are great, but unfortunately I will not be a patient here after the end of the year because of this new $100 annual “administrative fee”. Absolutely bizarre. I have never heard of a GP charging an annual fee outside of standard appointment costs. There are plenty of practices in the area that do not do this, so I recommend you look elsewhere.
Dr. Alilin is very thorough and he took the time to truly listen. He addressed all of my concerns with care and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. I really appreciate Dr. Alilin’s attentiveness and genuine care. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but patients could benefit from being notified if appointments are delayed.
I just called to see if I could be seen as A new patient I live 2 miles from the office. I just discovered the other day while driving. And was told can’t be seen until February are you joking? This is ridiculous can get in with my gyn whom has been in business for 20+ years for exam& mammogram within a week.
