This is THE WORST insurance policy. They deny, deny, deny! I had a hospital policy which should have covered my 1 day (26hr) stay in the hospital after Total Knee Replacement. I got them EVERYTHING that they kept asking for. Now they rejected the claim as, "pre-existing condition". Of Course it is pre-existing. I tried gel shots for years, then resorted to TKR. What is wrong with these people??!!

They don't pay claims. I've had this policy for years and every time I file a claim it takes months to get your money. Why do we pay for policies that we can't utilize when we need it. I suffered a stroke and do not have the capacity to fight for benefits that I've ALREADY paid for. I can't get any assistance,no one ever calls you back. They never pay whats included in your policy or rider and you can't get any assistance. This companies customer service is the worst.

Every negative review on here is spot on. If you have problems making payments to them don’t worry because they aren’t interested in getting paid. I’ve called them countless times to straighten out billing issues and never got an answer back instead they canceled my policy. I’ve noticed they reply to these reviews and tell clients to contact their office but there’s a catch, they don’t pick up the phone or call you back when you leave a voicemail. Complete joke of a company.
