Called to get quotes on multiple policies. Answered did not hear anyone say anything I say hello, the lady on phone said very rudely “I’ve already said hello” I told them that the phone must have cut out I didn’t hear them. The lady on phone hung up, have attempted to call back 4 times rings twice and I am sent to Cathy’s voicemail. Will just take my business elsewhere where
