Been a policy holder for a month now.I was billed last month for my new policy AND STILL DO NOT HAVE A POLICY NUMBER! I've called thier customer service number 3 times ! You have to request a call back because like every business in 2021 they are abusing the COVID excuse to cut corners and no longer have agents in offices taking calls they have to find someone lounging around watching walking dead episodes to pause it and assist me.
