No response. No return calls. Had to wait for aflac main office to send me a accident form. Now I have to go back to all the doctors to fill out my form some rides are over 1hr. Then have to wait for another 1 to 2hrs to get it filled out from the doctors. Your field managers always call you back after you already went to the doctor hi iam returning your call. I don't have a computer or fax machine. Ps 5 to 7 days to get a form in the mail.
