We rode all around trying to find an Aflac agent/place. When we found the building and another name was posted outside…plus No one was there. Not to mention it’s very difficult to find an Aflac agent and to contact the business to get any help. Very discouraged & disappointed. Very poor customer service.
I didn't talk to anyone because the phone number was disconnected
Had surgery and unable to work for 3 months..having my disability policy I was able to pay my bills.Big shout out to Mike Van Zandt for helping me process my paperwork efficiently
