6 months ago I came to Suan and Brent who are my local representatives, I went up to their posh office in the Mercantile building. I have 2 legitimate claims and since coming to them they have done nothing to help me, never called, followed up, update. What I have learned about Aflac 95% of people don't need it and the 5% good luck on getting them to pay.
