Horrible customer service . Sent in all their required info twice and still nothing . I wouldnt/wont recommend Aflac to anyone . I honestly can't see how a company with such poor service is still in business. I would give lower than a 1 star if I could. Don't waste your hard earned money on Aflac , they dont pay or give the run around til you give up .
