Very nice, answered my questions.
I called Michael on a Friday. He informed me he would get back to me on Monday. That he needed to look into some stuff. That everything regarding my son's hospital visit MRI and such for his Brain tumor should covered. I never heard from Michael on Monday. I called on that Tuesday and he didn't remember talking to me. Said he would get hold of aflac and call me Wednesday morning. I never heard from him. So I called him late in the evening Wednesday.
